
Well, the time has come. I've hung up my running shoes.
I was hoping to be one of those women that could run/jog through the end.
A little over my 5 month mark and my legs begin to peter out on me! When I run, just a mile, my leg muscles feel as though I'm running on a steep incline. So, the fact that pregnant women's joints & ligaments soften through their pregnancy is very true for me. Instead, I do the elliptical machine and strength train. It's not the same, but at least I'm moving!! :)
I'm sad. I miss the road.
